Shakira is Single!
Colombian pop star and Antonio de la Rua, her Argentine boyfriend of 11 years, have separated, Shakira, 33, said in a note on its website.
She says the reality of two separated in August, the decision to "take time out" of their romantic relationship, but keep the details private until now.
The note says that the sight of two of their separation "temporary", adding that de la Rua will continue to work with Shakira on your business and career interests. He is the son of a former president of Argentina.
The note, signed by Shakira and Antonio says:
"Our friendship and understanding each other is unbreakable and indestructible.
